For your customers, a quick scan of a QR code or text message gives them access to a secure & dedicated digital ticket page where they can request their car & be notified when it’s ready for pickup.
Yes! The setup is incredibly simple. Once you sign up, you can start managing valet orders and sending notifications immediately. You just need a smartphone or tablet.
Absolutely! Your customers can receive notifications on their smartphones via SMS. The valet dashboard works on the phone, tablet, or laptop. No app download or special hardware is required.
Although QR codes have become much more common in the last years, there is still the option for customers to receive the link to their order page via text message. They will simply give their phone number to the valet when checking-in and the valet will input it to the order (digital ticket).
The administrator module is where you can manage multiple employees, locations and other managerial settings. Whether one location with a couple valets or multi-locations with dozens, we can support you!
No, we do not charge any fees, but you can make OkValet a revenue generator by charging through the app, avoiding the inconvenience of cash and other issues of leakage.
